Calix is a hacker, activist, and union organiser, currently based in the "United" States of "America". They're a co-founder of the worker co-op Autonomic (https://autonomic.zone) and the multi-stakeholder co-op Wiki Cafe (https://wiki.cafe), and an active member of the international tech co-op network Patio (https://patio.coop) and the co-op run fediverse community Social.coop. They've been organising in anti-hierarchical, participatory groups for ~20 years, and have experience with facilitation, decision-making, training, and a little bit of finance and legal admin.
